Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress that has won critical acclaim for her talents. Sagittarius Born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's one of the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She has English as well as Scottish roots.
